潮干狩り
Thursday, June 23rd, 2005anyway the kanji reads as shiohigari…loosely translated as gathering shellfish ( or in chinese they call la-la ) yup it may sound funny but it is very famous in kisarazu…a lot of buses come as far as…hmmm like from ipoh to KL jus to do shiohigari.It is our first ryugakusei activity in kisarazu kosen, all d ryugakusei xcept few n their tutors not forgetting sensei-sensei also participated.it was last sunday… We departed early in d morning…around 8 n most of us still sleepy !! n most importantly evbody is hungry cox we wake up at 8 n gather at 8…u get me,no time to eat !!…haha The journey was not long , d place is act quite near to our kosen.Then when we arrived we still have to walk around 20 mins to get to exact place.And during d walking ,we crossed kisarazu famous RED BRIDGE ( it was in d drama titled kisarazu cats eye ) !! so far in my life this is d 1st time i saw a bridge so long n so big which is built jus for human to pass…i mean no cars or even bicycle !! we get to our destination n my 1st impression is HARR…..d place is like half water n half lumpur like those in pulau ketam…iyeakk ( lucky i wore shorts n sandals ).1st ev1 was watching their steps so tat their beautiful pants or skin wont get dirt…but it is just unavoidable…the mud is everywhere!! so guess wat…moments later I act feel numb d and act enjoy walking in d mud !! so business get started,n evbody start hunting la-la , it was not easy as i 1st tot…but still managed to get alot !! but act d motive of this activity is like some sort of chance 4 us to communicate wif each other n sensei…!! besides shellfish there is alot small crabs and jellyfish…at 1st suprised cox tot it is poisonous but d jap said d jap jellyfish is safe worr…!! so I act get my hand on 1 n jellyfish does look like jelly but its body is act quite solid n hard not as soft as i 1st tot !! so it goes on 4 almost 2 hours plus …n at around 10:30 am we had to go back. Y ?? cox the water level is rising….eee…isnt the water in msia rises at d evening !! was quite shocked but act i was longing to go back…y ?? if u still remember early in d story i said oredi evbody included me is dead hungry !! so we take back some seawater ( to clean d la-la from sand automatically…) n headed back!! was a nice xperience…anyway heard it is an annual activity n 2 more times to come…hoho finally later in d nite we cooked it up n had a big la-la dinner…u noe it was jus spaghetti wif la-la…alot of them…!! butter cooking-style,miso-style n 1 more dunno wat style …but this is which i like most!! so tats it…was a nice day !!
